One Move On Materials explores how a single repeated action can transform the character of a material. Working with the restriction of applying only one gesture, the emphasis shifts to observing how the material responds, transforms, and reveals new expressions.

I worked with satin fabric and used one move: binding it over and over with rubber bands. The accumulated tension reshaped the fabric into new volumes and textures, eventually forming a set of two handheld pouches, one large and one small.
